Frequently Asked Questions
1. Standard Shipping:
Please allow up to 7-10 business days excluding weekends, after processing to receive your order. Processing occurs Monday-Friday, if an order is processed on Friday processing will not began until the next business day which would be Monday. (orders placed after 5:00pm EST are considered placed on the next business day.)
Shipping Activity will become available 48hrs after placing your order. We do not carry all products in the store, therefore all orders will be available for pick up or shipping 7 business days after order has been placed.
Orders placed prior to 5pm (EST) will be processed that day, If placed after 5pm (EST) an additional day will be required for processing. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.
If the product you ordered is not available. We will contact you immediately by phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not an option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately.
2. Incorrect Orders:
In rare occurrences a mistake or delay can happen from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as your original order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receiving of your shipment.
Ava's Wardrobe for Men reserves the right to change or modify our policy at any time without giving prior notification.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
We thoroughly inspect all products before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality. Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the product we currently are not accepting returns. Only regular priced items may be exchanged unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
